About the Role
We’re looking for a GTM Manager who will drive CLER’s growth across new and existing markets through sales execution and strategic partnerships. This isn’t just a strategy role—it’s hands-on ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline generation to closing deals and building long-term relationships.
You’ll identify and open new markets while also scaling and optimizing our presence in existing ones. You’ll partner directly with leadership to design and refine the playbook that takes CLER from market entry to market dominance.
What You’ll Be Doing
Sales Leadership: Carry full ownership of the sales cycle—prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing deals with enterprise and channel partners.
Partnership Development: Build and manage strategic partnerships that accelerate CLER’s entry into new markets and strengthen positioning in current ones.
Market Expansion: Define target industries and geographies, and execute GTM strategies to penetrate and scale in these markets.
Optimization: Analyze performance in existing markets to refine processes, improve conversion, and maximize revenue.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, marketing, and leadership to craft messaging, demos, and tools that align with customer needs.
Playbook Creation: Develop scalable frameworks for sales and GTM execution to ensure consistency and speed as we grow.
Who You Are
3–5 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or GTM roles—preferably in B2B, SaaS, hardware, or deep-tech.
Proven track record of managing end-to-end sales cycles and closing high-value deals.
Strong relationship-builder—able to identify, secure, and grow strategic partnerships.
Market-minded: skilled at uncovering opportunities in new geographies and industries while optimizing performance in established markets.
Data-driven and structured, but also bold and scrappy—comfortable rolling up your sleeves to make things happen.
Confident enough to operate with autonomy and seniority; collaborative enough to align across teams and functions.
