About the Role
As Logistics Manager at CLER, you will be responsible for designing and managing our global logistics and distribution network. You will ensure that our products reach customers and partners efficiently, on time, and with the lowest environmental footprint possible.

What you will be doing

• Develop and manage CLER’s global logistics strategy, covering warehousing, transportation, and distribution.

• Optimize inbound and outbound flows to reduce lead times, costs, and carbon footprint.

• Establish relationships with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and distributors.

• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs, and export control.

• Collaborate with Sourcing, Operations, and Sales to align logistics with business needs.

• Implement scalable processes and tools for inventory management and order tracking.

• Continuously improve efficiency through data analysis and automation.

Whom are we looking for

• 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or distribution management.

• Strong knowledge of international shipping, customs, and trade compliance.

• Experience in managing third-party logistics providers and contracts.

• Proven track record of optimizing logistics networks for cost and sustainability.

• Analytical, structured, and hands-on problem solver.

• Fluent in English; Swedish or another European language is a plus.
